Enjoy the water

Welcome to our all-round, sheltered home port located in the lovely town centre of historic Monnickendam. The 550 mooring places, suitable for yachts from 7 to 20 metres, and a wide range of facilities and services make the Marina Monnickendam a comfortable marina. The harbour is open and staffed all year round.

Virtually all of the mooring places and attractive hardwood jetties are equipped with electrical connections and plenty of water taps. The harbour can be reached without crossing any bridges or locks and offers access to numerous inland and ocean waterways for all those who actively enjoy the water.

Marina

Several different types of mooring places are available at our marina:

Directly in the old town centre on the city side of the harbour
In the channel (sheltered) with a direct connection to the locks and a view of passing pleasure craft
In the open channel to the Gouwzee with a view of the old town centre and the water
On the outside of the harbour with an unobstructed view of the Gouwzee (ideal for flat- and round-bottom boats)
In the harbour itself in the form of standard boxes, boxes with finger jetties and alongside moorings
